My grandad was a journalist for many years, and I was always interested in his type of work. I still have his original typewriter (he refused to ever go digital) where he spent many hours tapping away!

Career Highlight

Attending the press night and reviewing magician Derren Brown’s show at the Alhambra Theatre in Bradford was pretty cool! Going to breaking news scenes as a journalist always give you a bit of adrenalin. And having the opportunity to attend and report on a local court case was an interesting experience…

Favourite Place

Switzerland – it’s amazing for skiing in the snowy winter seasons and sunbathing by the lakes in the summer.
