Biggest Influence

This has to be the iconic Moira Rose from Netflix’s Schitt’s Creek. She’s not just a character – she’s a mood, a meme, and a masterclass in being unapologetically yourself at all times. Like Moira, my life has also been ‘a tapestry of theatrical misadventure’ and I aspire to owning such an extensive wig collection.

Career Highlight

I once worked for a tech brand that created metaverse versions of hotels and venues for the MICE industry, allowing prospective clients to view and experience venues across the world from the comfort of their home office.

We’d been doing PR for the brand for a couple of months when they received an enquiry from Meta, citing they’d read an article that I had pitched and written and were keen to book a meeting in to discuss working together!

Favourite Place

It’s very cliché but my favourite place is Paris. I was lucky enough to live there for few months whilst working as a dancer in Disneyland. I loved exploring the city, attempting the language and capturing my adventures on socials. I was basically Emily in Paris before she’d even got on the Eurostar.

Alternative Career

If I wasn’t part of the Aberfield team, I’d love to be a children’s author. I’m always coming up with stories, usually centred around my noodlehorse of a dog Otis, and I’d love to bring them to life in children’s books.
