As PR and marketing partner of NG Bailey, the UK’s largest independent engineering and services business, for more than ten years we have played an important role in the continued growth of the business. 

In that time, the UK construction sector has faced many challenges, including economic and political uncertainty, Brexit and the Covid pandemic. Through it all we have been the company’s trusted partner, supporting with proactive PR in order to ensure NG Bailey has remained relevant and cut through the noise, while supporting the company in achieving its ambitious growth targets for the group and its divisions.

Our role has always been to be a true extension of the company’s marketing function, working closely on a strategic level with the company’s senior team in line with its long-term business objectives.

Our work has involved offering practical additional resource and consultancy on PR, issues management and proposition development. Examples include:

  • Leading an annual project to support the company’s financial results, including key messaging and media outreach, to positively communicate its financial results internally and externally.
  • Running a series of LinkedIn masterclasses for staff across the business to build their profiles on this platform, including supporting senior members of the team at a group strategy day.
  • Supporting the group divisions to create a new proposition to clearly communicate what they do and how they benefit their clients and their customers.
