Spring is in the air and there’s a distinct spring in team Aberfield’s step as we look forward to what’s shaping up to be a very exciting awards season.

With more award writing and entries currently in progress for national industry awards, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the fantastic shortlists we’ve received so far!

PR Awards

Prolific North Champions Awards

Our work in positioning The Compleat Food Group as a star performer in the UK grocery sector has gained us recognition in the Prolific North Champions Awards’ B2B PR Campaign of the Year category.

Through high impact coverage in The Grocer, strategic advertising, a fast growing and highly engaged LinkedIn channel, and multiple industry award wins, we’ve helped elevate Compleat into one of the UK’s leading food groups and we’re proud to see our work recognised with award shortlists of our own.

PRMoment Awards

Having walked away from the Manchester ceremony with two pr awards last year for our Goldie the Gritter campaign with ECON, we’re excited to be shortlisted once again at this year’s PRMoment Awards.

We’re very proud to have been shortlisted not once, not even twice, but an amazing five times.

The quintuple shortlisting includes recognition for our media relations in support of Leeds Beckett University’s Sport Hall of Fame. Shining a light on Leeds Beckett’s rich sporting legacy, the launch event was hosted by broadcaster Tanya Arnold with many sport stars in attendance, securing widespread coverage across national, regional and sport-specific media including Sky News, ITV Calendar, BBC Look North and the Yorkshire Post all in attendance to capture the milestone.

In other shortlisting news, our social media content for private label coffee roaster Lincoln & York has also been selected for the PRMoment’s Best Content category. In addition to levelling up Lincoln & York’s day to day content, we also delivered targeted campaigns around its Rise of Bakery Coffee report and celebrated the business’ four in house Q Graders with our Art of Expertise campaign. What’s a Q Grader, you say? Check out a taster of our Lincoln & York content and find out!

Finally, to top it all off, we’re excited to also be in the running for B2B Agency of the Year, Independent Agency of the Year and Boutique Agency of the Year, a testament to the fantastic team we have and the quality of work they produce across a diverse range of clients and sectors.

Fingers crossed

With ceremonies approaching later this month and beyond, we eagerly await the winning announcements and hope to have more shortlists to share in the meantime!
