Public relations consultant wanted (yes, another one!)

If you’ve been on our website in the last month this post might sound familiar, but we’re excited to say that we’re recruiting again.

So, what are we looking for?

You’ll need to have four years’ of agency or in-house PR experience, be great at client servicing and really looking to spread your wings and challenge what you think PR is capable of.

We’re an award-winning marketing agency with comms at its heart. We believe in an insight first approach that’s based on understanding audiences and what makes them tick. We use this approach to plan fully integrated campaigns, meaning that working here will give you the opportunity to try your hand at a broad range of disciplines from social media to experiential and video to advertising.

It also means the results we deliver are more tangible and directly impact our clients businesses, from generating more customers to shaping and shifting perceptions. It’s why we call it Positive Influence.

What can you expect?

A fun and energetic team with a fantastic client list (First Direct, BBC and Deloitte to name drop a few), a varied office day that finishes at 5pm (because we believe in work-life balance), regular social events, a competitive salary and an amazing bonus scheme (because if we do well, you should too).

Who are we looking for?

Firstly, you’ll believe that PR delivers way more than just coverage and content. You’ll need to be hugely curious (nosey) and love getting under the skin of clients and their businesses, have a passion for information and a wide range of influences and interests (we like getting our geek on). Additionally, you’ll need to be able to confidently advise senior audiences while rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in with account delivery as we have a (very) flat structure.

Apart from that, just being a nice person is top of our list of requirements.

Anyone who proactively approaches us direct, and whose CV meets the brief, will be given priority over those coming from recruitment agencies (although, annoyingly our recruiter friends have recently found us some crackers who now work here).
