Aberfield has hit a winning streak, securing four new client wins, as well as being shortlisted for five industry awards.

The Leeds based PR, Marketing and Communications firm has been shortlisted for five of the 2019 CIPR Pride Awards: Best Public Sector Campaign (x2), Best Not-For-Profit Campaign and Best Regional Campaign. Senior PR Consultant, Laura Cavanagh, was also shortlisted for Outstanding Young Communicator.

It has also recently secured four new clients for its books, kicking off PR, stakeholder and influencer support for The Jockey Club East Region, Grow Yorkshire, Helmsley Group and TL Dallas Group.

For The Jockey Club, Aberfield is supporting on the Club’s historic Newmarket Racecourse. Recognised as the home of horseracing, Aberfield has launched an influencer and regional PR campaign to coincide with the start of the racecourse’s Moët & Chandon July festival, which regularly attracts 40,000 racegoers.

The York, North Yorkshire and East Riding (YNYER) Local Enterprise Partnership also appointed Aberfield to deliver Grow Yorkshire, a new initiative designed to promote the positive opportunities for Yorkshire’s farming and food businesses post-Brexit.

With the York-based Helmsley Group, Aberfield is raising the property group’s profile amongst potential investors, referrers and key stakeholders through a range of platforms, including regional and trade press, social media, partnerships and events.

Bradford-headquartered insurance brokers, TL Dallas Group, has turned to Aberfield to publicise its landmark centenary year. The campaign includes a charity fundraising drive, as well as corporate profiling of the company’s UK-wide office network and leadership team.
