We’ve been appointed by St Congar

Posted on June 16, 2016 by

We’ve been appointed by St Congar to deliver a communications programme for the redevelopment of part of the Thorp Arch Estate, near Wetherby.

We’ll be handling local engagement and marketing communication for the proposed Rudgate Village scheme at Thorp Arch, which will deliver a new village with up to 1,000 homes, plus a school, retail and community facilities on the site of the former Royal Ordnance factory and current Thorp Arch Retail Park.

Initially we’ll be raising awareness and understanding of the plans and delivering community engagement events ahead of a new planning application, which is expected in the summer.

The Thorp Arch Estate is owned by Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust and the new plans are being brought forward on their behalf by St Congar, alongside renowned masterplanning architects DLA Architects Practice and leading planning consultancy the Pegasus Group.
