We had an amazing evening on Sunday as we hosted a media event with our client first direct, helping to mark its 25th anniversary with a special one-off gig at the first direct arena. We were joined by bloggers and journalists from Leeds and across the UK. Thanks to Leeds List, Crash Records, Yorkshire Evening Post, Yorkshire Times, Pulse 1, Culture Vulture, Beat 2 a Chord, We Plug Good Music, Life By Ide and Live4Ever who came along! Our media guests watched support act Skinny Living play an intimate set, before meeting members of the band fresh from the main stage. Apparently the band had only played to a crowd of 100 up until now, so we were amazed to see how well they performed to a sell-out arena! selfies   Special guests Hudson Taylor then took to the stage to perform some of their best hits, followed by headliner Jake Bugg, who played our favourites "Broken"? and "Lightning Bolt"? - and was just as good live as he is on the radio!   arena   Our guests also enjoyed a few drinks with first direct in the newly designed first direct bar, where CEO Tracy Garrad talked about its sponsorship of the arena and how unique events like this aim to make international and local bands more accessible to everyone in Leeds, the company's home city of 25 years.   [caption id="attachment_2157" align="aligncenter" width="225"]first direct bar first direct bar[/caption]
